About
Francisco Leiro (born 1957, Cambados) is one of Galicia's most internationally recognised sculptors. His monumental, expressionist wood and bronze figures draw on Galician folk traditions, carnival imagery, and maritime heritage. His work has been exhibited at the Venice Biennale and is held in collections including the Reina Sofía in Madrid and the CGAC in Santiago.
