Karoo Art Trail — KKNK Edition 2026

A curated open-studio trail through the galleries, studios, and creative spaces of Oudtshoorn and surrounds, timed to coincide with the KKNK festival. Follow the trail from ArtKaroo Gallery on High Street through to Luzet Reuter's studio, the CP Nel Museum, and pop-up exhibitions in converted Victorian buildings. Participating artists open their doors for live painting demonstrations, print-making workshops, and guided conversations about Klein Karoo art. Trail maps available from the KKNK info desk or any participating gallery.

The Karoo Art Trail celebrates the living artistic heritage of the Klein Karoo. It spotlights local artists who draw inspiration from the stark Karoo landscape, connecting KKNK visitors with the region's growing year-round creative community.
