Kirkcudbright Festival of Light

A magical autumn event transforming the streets of Kirkcudbright with light installations, lantern-making workshops, and a spectacular lantern parade culminating in fireworks. Artists and community groups collaborate to create illuminated works that bring new perspectives to the town's historic streets and harbour. The three-day event includes hands-on workshops where families and visitors create their own lanterns to carry in the parade. Free admission with donations welcome.
